General Terms and Conditions

Within seven days, customers may cancel their contract without stating any reason by giving notice in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods in unused condition. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of the goods.  Consumers are deemed to have complied with the cancellation priod, if they have dispatched the notice of cancellation or the goods in good time. A refund will be made - minus any postage costs incurred by imprint illyria. imprint illyria is not liable for any postage nor administrative costs incurred by the customer.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

We strongly recommend the customer use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we are obliged to arrange for collection of the item from the customer, this cost will be charged to the customer.

As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We cannot however refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

Shipping of books is usually arranged via Royal Mail. Royal Mail 2nd class post for free standard shipping, First Class, International Printed Paper air and surface services. Delivery times should be those advertised by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail or other couriers.

Proof of postage may be obtained at time of dispatch if requested by email or other electronic note when placing an order.
